M&E Maintenance Contract – ReaderAir delivers Landlord M&E maintenance services to support approx. 60,000 sq-ft of Multi tenanted office space and estate car parking for a prestige property located in Surrey. PPM contract has been successfully delivered to a consultant specified work plan along with reactive support and asset upgrades.

PPM contract has been successfully delivered along with reactive support and asset upgrades enabling high levels of tenant retention.

PPM contract has been successfully delivered along with reactive support and asset upgrades for both landlord and tenants.
Case Study 4
Project Works – ReaderAir delivered an Air Conditioning and Fresh Air ventilation installation and commissioning project on behalf of a fit out contractor to 3500 sq-ft of office space as part of a refurbishment project for a landlmark property overlooking the runway at Heathrow. Supplementary A/C systems were installed and landlord mechanical fresh air systems were modified and re-balanced to suit the new tenant layout.
