ReaderAir provides contract customers with a 24/7 helpdesk service for reactive works to provide building services support to clients ensuring that urgent response and breakdown call outs are attended to in a prompt and efficient manner. Those clients who do not use there own on-line system will be provided with a Reader Air on-line client portal login to access essential site documents, certificates and reports when required.
